Open the certificate linked from the product page or search the certificate archive using the lot number on your vial. Your account also links the lot records associated with your orders.

Orders placed before 2 pm ET on a business day ship that day. Later orders ship the next business day. Tracking is provided when the shipping label is created; carrier updates begin after collection.

Vials are packed to limit movement and protect the contents during transit. Packaging varies with the items and quantity ordered.

Follow the storage conditions on the product label and supporting documentation. Requirements can differ by compound and presentation. Contact support with the product and lot number if the instructions are unclear.

Send the independent laboratory report, order number and lot number to support@revamino.com. If the assay is below the figure on our certificate for that lot, the purity-match guarantee provides a refund or replacement.

All sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed for convenience once placed. This does not affect the purity-match guarantee, remedies for incorrect or damaged orders, or rights provided by law. See the refund policy for details.

Optional shipping protection covers packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Its price is shown in the bag and at checkout, where you can remove it before placing the order.
