Shipping and delivery

Dispatch

Orders placed before 2 pm ET on a business day ship that day. Later orders ship the next business day. Payment or order-review issues may affect dispatch; we will contact you about a delay.

Shipping charges

FedEx 2-Day is $14.99 and free once the order total reaches $250.00. Eligibility and the final shipping charge are shown in the bag and at checkout.

Tracking

Tracking is provided when the label is created. Carrier updates begin after collection. Transit estimates start after dispatch and may change because of weather, holidays or carrier interruptions.

Delivery questions

For a delayed, missing or damaged package, email support@revamino.com with your order number and tracking details. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will provide a revised estimate and the applicable option to cancel for a refund.

Packaging

Vials are packed to limit movement and protect the contents during transit. Packaging varies with the items and quantity ordered.

Open the certificate linked from the product page or search the certificate archive using the lot number on your vial. Your account also links the lot records associated with your orders.
