Destinations and rates

Orders ship within the United States. Available services, shipping charges and any free-shipping eligibility are shown in the bag and at checkout before payment.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 2 pm ET on a business day ship that day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays ship the next business day. Payment or order-review issues may affect dispatch; we will contact you if they delay your order.

Tracking and delivery estimates

Tracking is provided when the shipping label is created. A label does not mean the carrier has collected the package. Carrier updates begin after the package enters its network.

Transit estimates apply after dispatch and can be affected by weather, holidays and carrier interruptions. Check the tracking record for the latest delivery information.

Packaging and documentation

Vials are packed to limit movement and protect the contents during transit. Packaging varies with the items and quantity ordered.

Open the certificate linked from the product page or search the certificate archive using the lot number on your vial. Your account also links the lot records associated with your orders.

Address information

Check the delivery address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact support@revamino.com promptly with the order number. We cannot promise a change after an order is placed or after the carrier has received it.

Delayed or unavailable shipments

If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will notify you of the delay and provide a revised shipment estimate and the applicable option to cancel for a refund. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will refund payment for the unfulfilled items.

Missing, damaged or incorrect orders

Contact support@revamino.com with the order number, tracking details and a description of the issue. For damage or an incorrect item, include photographs of the packaging and contents. Keep these materials while the claim is reviewed.

Optional shipping protection covers loss, theft and damage as described on the shipping protection page. Without it, we will help with the carrier claim where applicable. Optional coverage does not replace rights provided by law or our responsibility to correct an item we supplied incorrectly.
