Who handles your information

Information you provide

We collect the contact and delivery details you submit, account information, order history, support messages and subscription preferences. This can include your name, email, billing and shipping addresses, and an optional phone number.

Payment information is submitted to the payment provider through its payment interface. We receive payment status and transaction references; we do not store full card numbers or card security codes.

Information from using the site

If you follow a partner referral link, referral information may be stored and associated with an eligible order to attribute a commission. Creating an account or following a referral link does not subscribe you to marketing.

Where Google sign-in is available, choosing it allows us to use the identity details Google supplies, such as your name and verified email, to create or connect your account. We do not receive your Google password. Google sign-in does not itself provide newsletter consent.

Essential cookies and browser storage support the bag, sign-in, security, referral attribution and saved choices such as the research-use acknowledgment. Optional analytics stays off until you accept it in the cookie notice.
